Yes, Don’t use any of those. That is organic gardening in a nut shell.
Well, my suggestion is to buy a few books, which is what I did. The Vegetable Gardner’s Bible and The Organic Gardener are both great references on growing and pesticides.
You should be more specific, because certain pests need certain pesticides. Some specifics that come to mind…
Garlic spray works well on melons, to keep away “vine boring moths”, which are way creepy. Actually this is good for lots of things.
If you grow tomatoes, I tend to put their leaves I prune in a blender with some water and use that as a spray, a lot of bugs don’t like it.
Also, setting out beer for slugs is a good uh… “natural” way to get rid of them.
And Beneficial Nematodes are great to put in your garden and soil for long term pesticide control.
